needs to go so i can make a good price for the members here and Yes is a GREAT trackbike... with setup suspesion the only thing it needs is a pair of clipons and a pair of GSXR calipers to be the perfect trackbike (price for all that above can be close to $200) [bow_down] oh and a set of pilot Race tires...  ;D

And i hate to say it here but 620-695-696 doesnt stand a change next to this bike....  :-X

i know. i didnt have to go Greece i would keep it, such a great little trackbike... Lifts the front wheel in first and second [bow_down] and with the ZX10R shock and Traxxtion springs corners nicely!

The SV650 is a good Trackbike suggestion of those of you who hit Ridesmart regulary... with less than $1000 in mods you have a good race bike and right now is a good time to get those... [clap] [popcorn]

Then the buyer could spend the $500 he saved on some track plastic. Change the bars, hit it with a little paint, et voila:

THat yellow body work, especially the bottom, reminds of the supersport series.

Ok i rode any bike you can imagine i did many miles on s2r's and rode SV1000 too... S2R800 doesnt come close to a SV1000 with similar skill riders.. same goes for S2R1000, SV1000 is in the league of Ducati S4 and S4R as far as power and power delivery...  maybe the rider was a begginer... Where did you race? was like a highway race?

Anyway Bike Sold now so people can sleep without any nightmares of been beaten by a 650! [laugh]

I've come to understand that my bike is not a straight line performer.  I have no doubt an sv 1000 would walk away in a straight line.  Do I care? Not in the slightest. Why? I've ridden both.

hence the reason we own Monsters.  plenty of Busa's for sale to do the straights.

The SV650 is arguably easier than any of the above to ride well on a track, where there are not a lot of straight lines. With good support from the after-market, it resurrected the LW twins class, and is a damn decent learner or commuter, track bike or racer. And if you do mange to throw it down the road, you're not out the long green.
Like I said, if I only had had 2K last week. [bang]
The good news is, they made about a million of them. ;D

true........... just go to a Club race some SV650 make as mach as 90hp and weight nothing... A guy a know who races Heavyweight twins on a SS1000 cant beat a young girl with a SV650.. the SV is a bit more tunned than his SS but still... He really hates SVs now  [laugh]

CMRA is full of those in LW and HW Twins ...

Oh common Giannis.  The little girl is probably like Pedrosa.  She weighs half what your buddy weighs and rips out of corners like a rocket.   :P   I hear yah though, the SV is a great bike.
