I paid off my student loans this year, my wife's employer will pay hers off by the end of next month (law and medical school is $$$), no car payments, credit card got cut in half about a year ago and we just use Amex and pay it every month.  We will pay off the house by the end of the year.
I am nervous.  I think I need to go shopping for a Ferrari.

i think the only sex change you'd get in indonesia would be a scimitar chopping off your willy.
and no, i don't want to date you.  i told you before i am not into prison-style sex.  i don't care if that's all you truly enjoy, i like the regular, vaguely boring, hetero stuff.  go bark up another tree, mmmkay rover?

actually, a deck with a built-in barbecue and kitchenette.   waiting until the dust settles first.
we still have the mortgage payment, which is why i said "almost" and we are talking about how to retire that as well.
then setup a corporation, quitclaim the house to the corporation and then rent from teh corp so the corporation can take depreciation...
:D

no...didnt want to deal with renter wear and tear. or tax issues when selling a rental property. or being a long distance land lord.

I have a property manager for my place. I have to rent it out, I can't afford not to. I'm still taking a loss on it, but it's better than paying the mortgage there and paying rent here...
