I bought some CRG LS mirrors a few months back (Great product by the way). However, the bolts behind the the glass came loose and it started flapping around like a flag in the wind. Well, the only way to gain access to it, is to remove the glass. During the process I scratched the back side of the reflective film off.
I called them up today, told them what happened and without missing a beat, the sales guy said he'd get a new glass out to me right away (no charge).
Sorry if I seem excited over something so small. I don't get that kind of customer service very often these days.

About a year ago, one of their shops burned down during a thunder shower. This was the time I ordered my CRG mirrors. Even through that chaotic time, they were as pleasant as ever when I needed to exchange one of my mirrors. Don't see too many companies as stand up as they are anymore.
