Title: CRG Customer Service Post by: Daffy Duc on August 12, 2009, 01:57:04 PM I bought some CRG LS mirrors a few months back (Great product by the way). However, the bolts behind the the glass came loose and it started flapping around like a flag in the wind. Well, the only way to gain access to it, is to remove the glass. During the process I scratched the back side of the reflective film off.
I called them up today, told them what happened and without missing a beat, the sales guy said he'd get a new glass out to me right away (no charge). Sorry if I seem excited over something so small. Even through that chaotic time, they were as pleasant as ever when I needed to exchange one of my mirrors. Don't see too many companies as stand up as they are anymore.
