I'm in desperate need of a new oil delivery pipe for my 2003 M800ie. I found one which came off a 2007 S2R 1000. However, their part numbers are swapped in their part catalogs.
In the 2003 M800ie Part catalog, the right side oil deliver pipe is labeled as part# 875.1.052.1A, while the left side oil intake pipe part# is 875.1.053.1A. This is completely reversed in the 2007 S2R 1000 part catalog.
Can anyone confirm for me that the right side oil delivery pipe from a S2R 1000 will work on my 2003 M800ie.
The attached jpegs will explain better than I have.

Or if anyone has any extra one lying around and wants to get rid of it today, please let me know.
Thanks for any help in advance,

crickets.......
For some reason I thought this was a relatively easy answer for someone more mechanically inclined then myself, which is most on this board ;D.
14" inches of garden hose,
crazy glue,
and some duct tape will surely get the job done.
Don't forget to use loctite 60921 Retaining Compound along the edges of the duct tape.

You should definitely be up and running in a hour or two.
Best of luck.
