i love the confidentiality agreement they are making the people sign.
if they replied to me with a confidentiality agreement a lawyer would be responding on my behalf with the intent of a huge settlement. but thats just me i may be a douche bag.
You think $271 is going to shut me up about a fone exploding in my face? suck it. It better be a shitload more. and if the phone was litteraly sending pieces of glass into peoples skulls, i woudlnt even take the money, thats just too make the beast with two backsed up.
i love how exaggerated these stories are getting.
another reason I will never own an i-phone, but that ranks low on why I wouldn't own it.

in the absence of any factual information [thanks apple] the rumors and exaggerations are bound to grow.
Wouldn't it be an iED ?

US technology giant Apple said Friday it had seen no evidence that overheating batteries had caused screens on some of its iPhone devices to explode, blaming incidents in France on "external force."
"Ever wanted to make your phone explode? We have an app for that!"
what are some examples of "external forces" which might lead to an iPhone (but not other phones) exploding, or whatever the technical term is for this phenomena?

i'll take "sitting on the damn thing" for $500, alex...
(my guess is that "explosion" is probably quite an exaggeration)
so its not some diabolical plot by the chinese (they make the iPhone, right?)
