hey guys.

I'm looking at buying an '01 748 and was wondering if there is such a thing as a carfax for bikes ( and if so, does anyone have an account :) )

also, is there a way of looking up a bike's service history?

Yes...its called carfax.. ;D

I've got bike history reports from them..If you dont see one it probably means its clean.

I bought my monster from a guy 2 years ago checked it and it showed up as an error (invalid vin). It was a clean titled bike with only one owner. Once I bought it and the ownership transferred. carfax started tracking it.

I demand you tell me more of this carfax you speak of! :P . lol. I tried using it once to look up a bike and got invalid VIN also. guess it's hit or miss with them.
