Here are some ideas for revenge.
Crazy glue their desk top paraphernalia down (stapler, etc)
Glue the vowel keys on their keyboard.
Remap their keyboard.
Screw the chair to the floor so your hands are just out of reach of the table.
Connect a wireless USB mouse to their computer and move their pointer while they're working.

One of my Crazy friends is a fireman. FDNY. They messed with him once and it was all over. He taped a model rocket igniter to a pack of firecrackers with a switch attached to the bottom of the guys locker. When he opened it... BOOM!
Next he took a remote controlled gas fireplace igniter and attached thin wires to it. He ran them underneath the sheets of the bed the guy sleeps in . When the lights were out he zapped him. The guy sat up and looked around. This happened a few times until the guy got up yelling, ripped the sheets off the bed, and saw random wires and a transformer attached to the bed. :o
of course he tested this first on his brother in the next room at his house. ;D
The guys never pranked him again. They were too scared.

I've done most of your other suggestions already. But this is a good one.
There is also this USB device that you plug in the back of their tower, and it is recognized as a keyboard, but it's programmed to do random keystrokes every 3 minutes...

It beeps randomly every 6-8 minutes.
I used it on two of my roommates in college. The first one disabled every electronic device in his room by taking it completely apart, this included his television, playstation and game cube. I put it under his chair.
My other roommate was a recording engineer and EE. Every time it would go off I told him I couldn't hear it and told him I didn't know what he was talking about. On the 3rd day he set up about $5,000 worth of recording equipment to try and "capture" it. He eventually found it in the scrabble box under the coffee table and kicked me in the nuts.

put a quarter in the handset of their phone, adding one every day. after about a month, take them out and watch them slam the receiver into the side of their head.
We always did the surgilube on the phone trick....
