Anyway- gonna to be in Bologna next week, tried to book a tour weeks in advance, was told they were overbooked, and I'm SOL. Being quite accomidating, Alessandra got my group in for a special tour(had a week to work w/) ;), but recommended that tours be booked Months in advance.
