I chose to live in Frisco because of TAXES in which Tarrant and Dallas county are high I wasn't basing placement on a fashionable address where people want to be seen but more on foot traffic that drives people inside your establishment than anything else. Believe me, there is more than enough monitary availability to support "posh" in SS. Actually anywhere in DFW is a money-making area. I still don't know why Margaritaville hasn't come to town.
