Title: Air box modification Post by: saboulet on September 17, 2009, 06:36:02 AM Hey guys, my 02' Monster 750Sie came without the air box lid on it and I recently purchased one to put on there, but I do have dual Ferracci exhaust and have heard that the stock air box lid does not give the filter enough air.
So I was wondering how I should modify my box lid to give my filter more air flow. Title: Re: Air box modification Post by: Qfactor on September 17, 2009, 07:24:33 AM cut the very top surface off

I've got the ring, and haven't had a problem riding in the wet weather. Just use a non-paper filter. Title: Re: Air box modification Post by: Drunken Monkey on September 17, 2009, 08:53:30 AM Beware that doing this means
a) It's louder [thumbsup] b) Power commander / ECU mods are needed or your bike will run lean.
