And if that doesn't work a popup ad or something similar comes up advertising a paid service. It costs I think $1.99 for a one time deal or a little more than that for 24 hours unlimited searching. Don't remember the name of the company but I've had pretty good luck with it and I think it's somehow tied to Yahoo people search by one of those targeted ads. I found some people who were in my Dad's will that way. It really helps to know what city and state, otherwise it takes a lot of time.

My brother inlaw (married to Michelles sister) is a cop in Washington and was a former Bakersfield motorcop.
