Slick! That does look good...
Did you have your bike on stands when you put them on?
Where did you get your stripes?
I got a set of red stripes that I've been waiting to put on... gotta clean stuff first :P
It's incredible how different bikes look with such a small mod. Puts it "together" [thumbsup]
I got my reflective red with applicator from PJsParts - waiting for an opening on a work bench and/or rear/front stand.

I had the back end on a rear stand but it don't have a front stand. :(
The rear stand helped out alot. All I had to do was rotate the wheel as I went . With the front I just rolled the bike a quarter turn for each section. Took me like 20 minutes, very easy. Just take your time and watch where you place it. I was able to peel it back if I felt like I had placed it to high or too low. Go like every two inches or every five cm ;D and lightly press it to the rim. The key is to barely stick it on there until you think that section looks right and then go back and press it on real hard.
You mean your bike isn't always clean ??? ;D
pimp, that is
Nice work! I gotta get me some of those in red.
Hard work, but it paid off. Looks great MuscovyDuc [wine] Your bike looks better and better every time..!
Nice...maybe you should have it clear coated so it won't peel off.Looks good though.Esp from far away.
Just did mine this morning. Combined with new marchesini rim decals. All purchased on ebay for less than $20 total! The stripes are non-reflective as I could not find the right color blue to match my blue duc. [cheeky]

Looking very, very good!
I'm just about to cut my pipes... how much did you take off? Your pipes now look excellent nicely balanced. The word 'Ducati' stamped on the pipes about 3 inches from the end.... did you go passed that? Just before it? Through it?
Can't see on your pic - and I've tried!

I think I cut off 6 inches, I cut off the whole word ducati on one side and was right infront of the word on the other.
Wouldn't you know it, the batteries died in the digital camera. I should be able to have better pics up tomorrow as it's still WAY sunny here. I say that it's way sunny because it rained for 40 days and nights straight here (well, a little exagerated, but we've had almost 10 inches of rain here in one month) :)
Looks nice, wanted to do the same, instead polished the rim edges to a shine [cheeky]
awesome! Looks GREAT white on black. [thumbsup]
I was going to do wheel stripes too on my Senna. I traded my red wheels for black with someone with a 620 Dark and bought bright blue rim tape. We decided since the wheels were off, we would replace the wheel bearings - but once the wheel bearings were out it was pretty much prepped for the powdercoater's sooooo...lol... ;D I now have bright blue wheels!

Looks truly nice with the overall bike color scheme. The GLSIGNS wheel stripe are precurve so I found it easier to apply than straight stipes. I choose the dark-red reflective rather than non-reflective.
I also got mine from GLSIGNS but on ebay.
Picture below is the dark red on the 749 with black wheels and on the S4RS with white wheels.

All your bikes look so good with the stripes. My envy got the best of me so I ordered some a few minutes ago. I have no self-control... ;D
[evil] Yeah another one sucked in [insert evil laugh] [evil]
The one thing i've learned with my monster...once you start modding, you can't stop. It's like getting one tattoo - it's impossible. [cheeky]

No kidding. I thought I was done with the mods but there's always something else that rears it's ugly head. As a guitar player, I'm constantly acquiring new gear. Musicians call it G.A.S. - Gear Acquisition Syndrome. I'm sure owning a Monster means we also have some kind of affliction. ;D

Nice bike. Rim stripes are cool.
