Title: Ducati Fairing Goodness on Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer Post by: roy-nexus-6 on September 30, 2009, 05:31:59 PM Nice Ducati half fairing - really nice integrated indicators. And a muffler set up to die for. [thumbsup]

With those tires, I hope the cafes you race to have nice straight roads as the route Title: Re: Ducati Fairing Goodness on Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer Post by: xcaptainxbloodx on October 02, 2009, 07:24:02 PM am I the only one that thinks that bike has no flow whatsoever?
vintage tires that are useless for all but touring and looks, flattracker exhaust, chopper tank/paint, cafe/street tracker seat, and a race fairing? its like they took a piece of every bike fad for the last 8 years and threw it together. Nope Title: Re: Ducati Fairing Goodness on Yamaha XS650 Cafe Racer Post by: orangelion03 on October 04, 2009, 06:13:17 AM am I the only one that thinks that bike has no flow whatsoever? Same here. Looks naff to me...if it were all black it would look cool in a rat-rod sort of way. I've always liked the big Yamaha ver-twins, but this is an example of what not to do. I do agree that the fairing is a classic, but how "Ducati" is it? I've seen plenty of Rickmans that look nearly identical. |
