Title: Chain and sprocket setup Post by: MAXdB on October 01, 2009, 11:06:23 PM Can anyone recommend a good place to get a replacement set of sprocket and chain for my s4rs (SSS). i checked with the local dealer and it seemed a little steep.
I remember when i had my R1, i was able to get a 520 chain and sprocket set (steel front/aluminum rear) for 150--I realize this isn't a Japanese bike so it may cost more especially with the SSS setup but I thought i'd be able to find something close to that cost. also take a look at the Supersprox Stealth for the rear sprocket....it is cheaper than the OEM part or a carrrier/sprocket combo |
