Probably doesn't include the D16 it's displayed on [evil] , but other than that I see a fabric badge and a pin.

It's a sew on fabric patch, decal, pin & a thick cleared rubbery decal (the one on the right).
And no, sorry, no D16 :( Either that, or they screwed my club. >:(
I just got a bunch of envelopes to distribute.
The rubber one does fit very nice on the back of an iphone cover [thumbsup]
I guess I must have filled that out months ago because I just got that last week and had no idea where it came from until now.
