Going to look at it Friday, anyone have any first hand knowedge of these? What do I need to look for? Its a 1982 Yamaha Seca 650 Turbo. Outstanding bikes for their day. Check out XJbikes.com and through Micapeak XJ-Owners. Finding parts for this bike is going to be really hard, this is what led me to sell it. If the exhaust is even a little bit questionable stay away from it, at the time I sold mine there were no off the shelf exhaust replacement option. Post some pics if you get it! The guy said he drove it nearly every day during the summer, and the one picture I got (I'll attach it tonight) looks pretty good. So I'm real interested to see what it looks like in person.. |
