however, the craftsmanship doesn't look bad AT ALL. i will give it that. not sure about the geometry and mechanical engineering behind the swingarm and it's structure, but the construction looks pretty good. at least they can weld. Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: ROBsS4R on October 19, 2009, 06:32:32 PM I appreciate the talent in making that but I would not swing a leg over it ;D Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? i would just come up behind him at a red light and put something tolerable on, like Hank Williams Sr. ...Or maybe David Allen Coe... I am sure he wouldn't mind. Seems like a lot of people confuse "can" with "should." (And apparently that stereo-swingarm thing started life as a TL1000.) Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: Pedro-bot on October 20, 2009, 07:02:08 AM Mike Jones!! [laugh]
Definitely NOT my cup of tea but Fak it, who's to tell you not to do what you like. [beer] Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: NorDog on October 20, 2009, 07:50:39 AM Seeing crap like that reminds me that gun control properly understood means being on target.
Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: RB on October 20, 2009, 08:26:16 AM well...that is the best use of a stretched swingarm i have ever seen on a street bike...think positive guys!
And the funkmaster flex video....speechless...a feckin golf cart with thirties...it amazes me what people will waste time and money on. that guy could get a job at OCC Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? No? Really? I know you're in Canada, But come on. Oh shit...Threadjack to the max. Moving right along. [laugh] If I had an exhaust pipe that small, I would have to have a loud speaker also. ;) Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: donzo on October 20, 2009, 12:23:00 PM About the Hank part, ya, just kiddin'.
But David Allan Coe, with songs titled "She's Fat, I'm Drunk", "Cum Stains on the Pillow", "Little Suzie Shallow Throat", gotta love good old country chauvinism. It's tolerable, LOL. I have a feeling those swingarm speakers are for playing bass heavy music though. You know, for getting your crunk on. Did I just say that? Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Title: Re: Has anyone posted this sweet bike? Post by: il d00d on October 22, 2009, 08:37:04 AM My theory about a gap between the most obnoxious thing you could think of and the engineering or fabrication know how to get it produced is blown. I guess I always counted on that - the you-want-to-do-make the beast with two backsing-what? buffer.
