Supposedly it drew out the bad stuff in your body through the bottom of your feet throughout the day. Then at the end of the day you could see all the bad stuff since the patch got these black spots. Turned out someone proved that the black spots were just sweat activated stuff and the patch did nothing except pad your foot a little. [roll]
