I can't belive that this topic keeps getting posted. It's been up so many times and shot down so many times that it's turning into a game of Duck Hunt:

i was in Monticello, NY a few weeks ago, and stopped by the OCC gift shop, i mean, Custom Cycle shop on my way back to Baltimore. What a tourist trap, the whole showroom is like a Disney gift shop...awful. And they are a Ducati dealer? They had 4 bikes total...2 M1100, 1 Mike Hailwood replica(not the MH900) and a SportClassic.
The M1100 that they 'customized' was on display....with a repaired exhaust pipe that was never re-coated(bare metal, as the rest is powdercoated or ceramic).
The only thing i will say about that bike is.... I have seen more impressive and creative work on monsters by non-professionals. Oh....and i have also seen worse.
