They basically mount the cowl to the seat (2 bolts + 1 thumbscrew each).

Haven't heard of the one from the eBay link. The quality and fitment might not be up to par. Just a thought.

It was in the neighborhood of $800 or so dollars IIRC...you might be able to find one used.
