Post by: ducducgooseme on November 07, 2009, 03:40:47 AM So I bought a bike from Erico in 2006 and swore I would never be back after some very bad exchanges with sales, parts and service. I moved away for a couple of years and then come back to Colorado. I heard that the owner fired 90% of the people and remade the place.
I went in for some service after speaking speaking John the owner last week. I have to say, they really have changed. I got outstanding service, a great deal on some new gear, etc. I dont know if it was the change in employees, or the change in attitude driven by a down economy, but the end result was excellent. It seems that every time I stop in, I'm a fresh face to him or anyone else there.

[cheeky] But I haven't bought a bike from them. Maybe if you don't buy a bike from them, they'll remember you?

I had a similar experience. Occasionally I buy parts from them, but I try to do all my business up at Northern or at BMS. I appreciate their effort to respond to customer concerns, and your comments on their progress, so next time I'm around there I'll stop in and check them out again. |
