Title: Monster parts 'No Chop' short tail - fitting problems Post by: ollie on November 08, 2009, 02:07:23 PM I decided i'd had enough of the stock beer tray, but couldn't bring myself to chop the frame. The no chop carbon short tail from Monster parts (or carbon world) looked the goods so I ordered one. Now, I've just spent an hour trying to fit it, goes on well and looks the goods - but the seat won't latch as the Tail-light sits a fraction to high [bang] Are there any tricks to fitting , I've got the angled aluminium number plate bracket underneath the frame and the flat aluminum plate on top fastned to the carbon piece. I'm sure it is something simple I'm missing but I thought I'd take a break before I end up breaking something by over tightning it to much or something. Any thoughts?
