It's $55 if you roll the bike in. I complained that that was ridiculous and the guy gave it to me for $40.... Then later that day I found a smaller shop that does off-bike tire swaps for $30. Yep...but it's pretty standard for shops. If you didn't buy the tire from them they need to make some money off the deal somehow. I have changed many dirt bike tires but they don't require balance other than aligning the dot to the valve stem. For street tires I just have them mounted by machine and balanced.
