i feel a couple of nice knots that aren't in the other one.
and yes, i stretched and warmed up before i ran around trying to kick a stupid make the beast with two backsing ball for way too long.

i'm trying to increase my intake tonight. on game day i plan my diet too. i've never had a cramp that wouldn't go away like this though. even after multi day intense training sessions when i dehydrated myself and was def low on the intake of anything vitamin.
is this just what happens when you get old?

that's it. i give up. :(
i'm offing myself after this weekend.
Nah, don't do that, then we won't have you to torture anymore. ;D
Seriously, sounds like you may have torn the muscle a bit.
But I'm not a Physio by any means, so YMMV.

and you guys can always torture people who arent' here anymore. just look at randal ;)
ok, more gatorade and a couple of nanners later i'm off to bed. we'll see how it feels in the morning. hopefully i'll still be able to shift (the big toe injury is on the left foot :()

INGREDIENTS: Tums
INSTRUCTIONS: This is especially for pregnant women that get leg cramps at night. I was having them every night when I was pregnent, my OBGYN told me to take 2 tums every night before going to bed. He said Leg cramps is a sign of low calcium. I did it and never had leg cramps again
INGREDIENTS: sewing thread
INSTRUCTIONS: Take regular sewing thread and cut into a length long enough to tie around your ankle, but let it be slightly loose. I'm not sure how it works, but the thread will knot up instead of your muscles.
I'm not kidding - pickle juice. Your cramps would probably be gone by now.

Bananas usually help me with soreness. I also use the supplement Cellmass in combination with others after I do my morning PT session
