I got one from here for my S4RS for 2.5 euros - a download. Looks like the price is up to a whopping 3.5 now. I see a this one listed Owners Manual S4R, 2004 (UK) € 3.50 863 MB. Far as I know there's NO difference in the 2005 year model. The paper one I bought from Ducati cost me $150. So far as I know, the models didn't change - same frame, engine etc. etc. Plastic tank vs. steel maybe.
