It's absolutely absurd. Now I think you don't even have to keep a positive ratio. I just don't even go there anymore. A community full of leeches and no seeders and those that are seeding are slow as hell so it takes 5 years to DL 1 race. blah.
PeerGuardian and uTorrent and you'll be set. No need to contribute anymore, they don't want it. It blocks IP's from common anti-Peer-2-Peer companies from connecting to you, reducing your risk. uTorrent (micro-torrent) is a Torrent Peer to Peer program. It is needed to use Racing-Underground as that is the means videos are shared.
