Title: Facebook "Pirate" language setting.
Post by: Rev. Millertime on November 16, 2009, 07:34:56 PM
For some reason, my facebook pages ended up in Spanish... when I went to change the language settings, I noticed one titled "English(Pirate)beta.  I just had to click it.

Some changes:
Newsfeed=Cap'ns Log
Comment=Weigh In
Like=This be pleasin' to me eye
Home=Home Port
Friends=Me Hearties
Settings=Adjust ye riggins

Announcement of someone adding a friend:
Scott n' Jay now be mateys, rum all 'round!

I just may have to keep this one for a while!

I thought I didn't have it either, but it's not listed with the rest of the English, it's further down...

Old news  ;) They did this a while ago - I think it rolled out for talk like a pirate day last year or two years ago. It's funny for a little while - but it goes and changes just about everything, so it get's old pretty quick.

But before then, it is good for a laugh
