Hate to be the rider who got passed by... um... a.... hmmmmm... got passed by a "transformer"?
How does he "brake"?
Wow, that's just insane! Looks like a nice road for a bike though [moto]
WOW :o :o
very cool [evil]
I have a suit just like that for when me and my wife want to be kinky.
Rollerblade wheels all over the body -- it's the new thing nowadays.
[coffee]
Saw this rig at the end of the Jim Carrey movie, "Yes Man". Thought it was CG trickery.
What, no uphill action? :P

You can tell he knows the roads pretty well cuz when he's coming up to a corner he starts to shift his whole body sideways. It's basically the same principal as trying to scrub off speed when you're skiing. I'm not sure how he would do in an emergency situation though :-\

No plan B FTW!
If you look when he shifts sideways, he leaves a skid mark from what appears to be part of the hard gauntlets on his forearms...

Oh yeah. Starting while
he's on the other side of the road.Dude was crossing the line an awful lot for the road not being closed to traffic.
:-\
Isn't this a Derby?
Along with the cars I would be worried about ending up inside of an animal running out into the road.
any one recognise that road? i so want to try this.. lol.. slowing down shouldn't be that difficult... as when i use to blade, with no brakes, you just use the wheels to slow down.. a lot easier to completely stop with just blades then this suit though..
He's in Switzerland. Sign for the road is in the beginning of the vid. Grimselpass.

Yeah, that would have me leaving skidmarks too! ;)

I know it's old but I dunno if it's been here yet. Mighta been ToB.
It's the French roller man, Jean-Yves Blondeau.
Since we all know that wiki tells no lies, linky (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Yves_Blondeau).
And this official site, http://www.buggy-rollin.com/site/ (http://www.buggy-rollin.com/site/)
A Japanese show had him face off with a moto. I think it was a rigged race but it's a bit entertaining.
Human bobsled vs. motorcycle (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDBDkVI0Cn4#normal)
A Korean show did the same thing but you don't get to see much of anything. Jean won that race too.
Yeah.
Looks really rigged to me. The motorcycle was letting him catch up and pass you make it more exciting.
Impressive no less though [thumbsup]
That might be fun on marble smooth cement, but my teeth hurt just watching :-X
In his clip from the end of Yes Man Carrey is told, "Your instinct is going to brake with your chin or your forehead. Try to resist that." I wonder why Jean didn't to play himself?
looks like it might be kinda hard on the elbows, back, and knees.
crazy, just give me my Monster, thank you .
wow.

No, those generally involve horses or small wooden cars. This cat is in a league of his own.
