This is the same photo (and bike) that was used in the latest issue of Motorcyclist. The write up there claims that the owner of the bike simply did not want to silencer/slip-on, so he pulled it off. ;)
the swingarm/shock pivot point is very interesting. but the whole swingarm has got to be long?

Just read the write up of the carbon fiber framed DB7 Ononero in this month's Cycle World. Wow, I can't believe they actually sell a bike with a carbon fiber frame. I know it's $40K, but I never thought that would be something we could buy.
What's next? Maybe a carbon fiber engine with metal used just for cylinder sleeves and bearings.
