It's not getting any warmer so it's time. Boat is up on trailer, but the bags and the big lift need to be pulled.
the bad: it'll be in the fourties out, it's a slimy muddy job, the barnacles are sharper than razers.
the good: G making enchiladas and open bar. cigars for those who wish. drunk RC sailboat racing possible if there's wind.
fun starts noonish on our back deck one week from today.
Chris
I'm guessing that we'll be there - probably won't be leaving this area until about 1230 due to previous commitment though.

what she said!
it's snowing pretty hard now. If it melts enough we're hoping to be wrestling with the lift at about 12:30. Will post up in the AM.
Our participation is looking a little iffy at the moment. I'm more behind on my project than I wanted to be at noon today.
hooray sunshine. barnacles and hot toddys at noon thirty.
How did it go?
went relatively smoothly....no one fell in and no one broke anything and awesomeness was experienced by all through enchiladas fabricated by the the master herself!
thanks again for the hospitality and all Statler and Gwendy....I look forward to the next go round!
how did it go?
Zooom left out one major component
Cashew Bacon Brittle!

WELL...that was Dolci's tester batch...
I plan on making some refinements. I don't think it had enough of a "bacon" pow to it. Going to try a different type of bacon and maybe play around with the cashew roasting process. [thumbsup]
