If I am going fast enough that it is an issue (which fairly fast and not that often), I just tuck down underneath the buffeting.

My experience was that it's much more stable than the stock fairing even without the PoorDucRiders. With them on, it's rock steady. MonsterParts have those too.
Tucked in, the fairing allows the top speed to increase by ~10 mph - still no buffeting to my 3XL Schuberth.
