Title: Airoh helmets - anyone have one?
Post by: glbrto on December 03, 2009, 05:58:30 PM
I first saw them at the EICMA show here in Milan a few weeks ago but was on my way out and didn't have time to inquire about them properly.  I don't know much about these helmets other than they are made in Italy and look really good.  If anyone has more info, please share.

I've never tried one on, but next time I'm in Europe I'm getting one...maybe a TR2.

I've got an S4 dual sport style.  I got it from a UK shop that shipped it stateside.  Other than changing the visor being a pain in the ass, I like the helmet.  It's not on quality w/ Arai or Shoei, but it's not nearly the $$ either.  It's also quite a bit better than some of the really cheap helmets.  At least on mine, there is absolutely NO anti-fog coating on the visor.  Fog up w/ one breath, but does clear as soon as I'm moving.  That may only be the S4, I don't know.  Visor has good optical quality though; no distortion problems.
