Multi-million dollar nerf gun marketed to the government.....seems about right.
For that, I'd buy one!!! [cheeky]
is that vehicle moving really fast? cause it looks like the bomb is barely moving, and where doe sit go? its like a video game it just dissapears once the "car" covers it tracks.
alsmost sounds like a BS video. Maybe they were just using the car to test a delivery system and someone took off with it.

It's in slo-mo.
And there was discussion under the article about whether or not the video was real.
i just like reading the comments below of the two dudes ripping on each other.
Sled test, probably China Lake by the looks of the scenery, or maybe the track at Kirtland in New Mexico. The pod is mounted on a high speed sled driven down a track by rocket motors. Tests are probably just ejection/deployment/separation, hence the lack of any target being struck. I spent several years test engineering ejection seats and visited most of the sled tracks in the US...got to witness a lot of other types of test as we usually shared facilities with other test programs. Coolest was witnessing a Mach 5 ablation material test at night.
