Peeing on the pavement could increase the risk of splatter getting on the boots. But then again he is the guy on the scene, and probably knows what hes doing, and besides, the pavement looks to be going down hill reducing the spatter factor to some extent.
Then I thought that many people might be amused just by the fact that the guy is peeing, but that seemed unlikely, because like most people, the amusement factor of pee rivals that of whats in the fridge, and weather or not the light goes off when the door is closed. So I thought Naw, that can't be it either. For some reason the Juxtaposition between peeing on the dirt, or peeing on the pavement just flew right by me.
