Title: Moving the Remus exhaust from high mount to low mount Question on my M900
Post by: 118811 on December 30, 2009, 04:22:44 PM
Well....I am a little disappointed that I can't  afford an Ex box or Boomtube system?
But it just doesn't make sense to spend that money on a 98' Monster as well
and all my alternatives to achieve similar looks are way too loud!! [bang]

So, I am thinking about moving the Remus pipes down to low mount.
My question is ...cam I mount the cans directly to the headers or do i have to run a connecting pipe?

What condition are your Remus in, and what material are they?

I suspect they won't go on directly as low cans.

Give MaxMoto a call, (510) 595-3300, they're a distributor, likely they'll be able to tell you.
