Sold my S2R1k in '08 inorder to get the financials back on track towards a house purchase, which was slipping further and further away at the time. I expected to be back on a bike around March of this year and the March to July time frame is a definite go unless something earth shattering happens before then.
Good luck to you! Getting into home ownership is such a good move when you can afford to do it. Too bad the crapper the economy is in right now is due in a large part to people and houses (not just people taking out loans mind you).
