Welcome to the forum btw.

A peep is a marshmallow treat commonly sold around Easter.

A beast with two backs was commonly referred to in Italian lore as a "Ducat", which is a mythical creature combined out of several others, much like a griffin or chimera. They were known for their speed and distinctive roar. When you see that, it's common board slang for someone referreing to their motorbike.

In that case, a peep is also the sound a canary makes.

Or, when talking to your kids, "Go to bed! I don't want to hear a peep out of you!"

[clap]

Excellent explanation for the beast with two backs. Is it an insult to call someone a peep?  ???

Well it looks you guys got peeps figured out - I'd suggest not using it.   [puke]

For the beast with two backs, they're just make the beast with two backsing with you.  You'll need to brush up your Shakespeare.  It replaces a great word that can be used as a verb, noun, adjective, adverb, or pronoun.
Here's an example of it's versatility (not directed at anyone of course):

"make the beast with two backs the make the beast with two backs off and get make the beast with two backsed you make the beast with two backsing make the beast with two backser."

If you're half of a smartass, what does that make you? What is the proper terminology for 1/2 of a smartass?  hhhmmmm....

Can't be a wise ass, not quite a dumb ass...maybe just an ass then?   Remember, you started this.
