make the beast with two backs you MotoGPfan

Gotta give you credit for the thought that went into this embarrassing notation.
I didn't want to scratch it out as it might void the check and I sold him some parts.
Apparently RageMoto first started this.
Therefore, if you ever write a check to a friend, I highly recommend this.
I have been going to the same Chase Branch for 5 years and know everyone there. Today, I got the bank manager who notices me as soon as I walk in the door. She didn't say anything and didn't notice a snicker on her face, so maybe they don't look at the Memo line.
But make the beast with two backs, what a good idea. make the beast with two backs Nick and RageMoto for this little "trick"
(actual check picture but blocked out GP's routing and account number as well as the dollar amount, which you guys don
t need to know, but this is a real picture from the check.

hahahaha i love that one.

guessing that got returned to maker as invalid.
Checks all go through automated scanners when the enter lockbox's, such as something like this.
Great concept, but probably ended up costing this user money.
If it didn't, he got lucky.
Depends on what bank Verizon uses.
That awesome check to Verizon reminded me of the "Verizon doesn't know how to count" thing from a few years ago:
Call to verizon's billing dept:
G: Do you recognize that there's a difference between "point zero zero two dollars" and "point zero zero two cents"?
[pause]
M: Point zero zero two dollars?
G: Do you recognize that there is actually...
M: ...and point zero zero two cents.
G: Yes, do you you recognize there's a difference between those 2 numbers?
[pause]
M: No.

My roommate and I used to always do this in college...usually with the rent check. This was when you still needed to go inside to deposit the check.
Best I can remember was when he wrote "sex with his mom" on a check to me once. >:( [laugh]
Y tu mama tambien!

You should have included the dollar amount. It really impacts the memo line. Like if it was $5 then you're a cheap whore, but if it's $500 then you're pretty good at what ya do. [laugh]

I had to scroll down to the bottom after reading that one for ten minutes, and seeing how there was a long way to go.

Um, what probably made it funny was the dollar amount.
I won't post how much it was........but.....it was >3k
I am very very good if I was getting that pay for a BJ.

If you get $536.49 for that check, take the cash and run. It was only written out for $0.002
The second term wasn't e^(2*
pie[sic]) it was e^(i*pi) which is equal to -1 from Euler's identity (one of the coolest equations ever):
e^(i*pi) + 1 =0, so e^(i*pi) = -1
The infinite series in the third term works out to 1 as expressed
So the check is for $(0.002 -1+1) = $0.002.
That's not my math-just the only version of the check I could find ;)
I knew that. [thumbsup]
