I'm not really a jazz fan, but I think this is pretty neat, so I thought i would share,
my house was built in 1927 and the same guy and his wife lived in from '35 to some time in '07 when he passed (not in the house). someone else bought it and couldn't pay the bills, we bought it last april out of foreclosure.
so far i have found some B/W 8mm 'art' films and now today i found note card with a few jazz songs and musicians behind the chimney
Sugar Blues by Clyde McCoy, Wabash Blues by Louie Penekco, and Tiger Rag by Every Day (?). youtube had the Clyde McCoy song, and the other two by other artists.
