Title: DIY Post by: Two dogs on January 16, 2010, 03:04:46 PM I attempted to clean some adhesive from my bike where I had a stick on CF patch to protect from boot rub with disastrous results using acetone.
It removed the surface of the paint on the rear peg bracket [bang] Result being a DIY rattle can respray after removing the brackets. Ended up looking re sonable.
