Title: Direct fit?

Are '01 M900 forks a direct fit on an '01 M750? Fully adjustable with around 6k on 'em.

yes, but it's worth getting them revalved and resprung before you fit them.  they're still not that flash in std form.

Would it be worth the upgrade or just changing my stock internals? 50/50 commuting and canyon running.

Also, will is a swingarm from an '07 695 a direct swap?

Yes, if it is done correctly.  High speed damping is harsh on the OEM valving.

No, mounting for the shock and suspension linkage are different.
