Title: Product review: Hanger by Black + Gray
Post by: Le Piou on January 18, 2010, 04:37:55 PM
I read the review a while ago:http://www.webbikeworld.com/Reviewed-motorcycle-products/hanger/ (http://www.webbikeworld.com/Reviewed-motorcycle-products/hanger/)
Time to spare some cash and then I placed my order last week.

This hanger is amazing.
Expensive for sure, but it is really worth the money: you can see my jacket smiling!!! ;D
Finally, when I look at how much I paid for my gear, I think it is worth taking care of it.

Just my 2 cents to those who are worry about how their jackets will spent the winter...

Hrmmm....does this work that much better than the free fatty plastic hanger you get with your jacket?  I'm curious... do report.

It does: much better than my "stock" Dainese hanger that came with the jacket for example.
First of all, the shoulders on this hanger are much bigger. With a basic plastic hanger, you'll see that it's only the armor parts that sit on the hanger (see what I mean?). So it's never in the right position. With this hanger it's the whole area that sits on the hanger... Less stress on the jacket in my opinion...
The second point is that the shoulder width is totally adjustable to perfectly match your jacket size. This is a big plus for the same reason as previously described.

I know "it never rains in California"... ;D

My jacket is hanging up on a wooden hanger. the pants are folded and thrown in the corner next to the box full of bondo and sandpaper in the garage.

Lucky you!
I got no more room in my garage: my boys with their toys are already using the 4 corners!!!!!

There is always room to throw more stuff into a corner.  ;D
