Title: Microfiche scanning to JPG/PC
Post by: ducatiz on January 22, 2010, 04:41:27 PM
Anyone here got a reasonable lead (or can do it for me?)

I have a few old Ducati microfiche parts catalogues.  I need them scanned to PC format, preferably at least 600-1000 dpi.

Anyone?

Looked in to doing this a few years back with some old Arctic Cat parts films from the early 70s.

At that time hi-res scanners were still pretty damn expensive.   Sold 'em for good $$$ instead.

Found this doing a search:

You might try Hooper camera. If they can't do it, maybe they know who can. Here is a price list for their services. The digital conversion is in the middle somewhere
