I've use this association to find a certified elder care lawyer and was reasonably satisfied;

If you need legal advice and real bonified in person legal advice (no offense to attorney's on this board), I would seek local legal counsel as that is who you will need.

Agreed, and did just that. But the attorney i talked to doesn't specialize in elder care law. And the nearest one that does is over 100 miles away and very expensive.
I was hoping someone here did or had usefull info.
I've done quite a bit of digging on the web and found what i needed. Sent a copy to my attorney, he verified it's accuracy and so far everything looks like it will work out ok.
