Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: Travman on January 30, 2010, 02:14:06 PM Very tasteful [thumbsup]. What's the deal with the risers and the top triple tree? Are these from an ST Ducati? They look nice. Do they place your hands any higher than stock Monster bars?
Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: junior varsity on January 30, 2010, 02:15:42 PM I thought that was normal fair for the S4's?
Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: NAKID on January 30, 2010, 02:22:09 PM Yup, looks like stock S4 triple and clip-ons...
Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: Travman on January 30, 2010, 04:42:41 PM I thought that was normal fair for the S4's? Yup, looks like stock S4 triple and clip-ons... I had assumed all Monsters came from the factory with handlebars. I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention over the years. I noticed the dual horns on the lower triple tree is different from most other Monsters too. Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: DucatiBastard on January 30, 2010, 07:43:27 PM Beautiful Bike in the Disney Land of Beer! Seriously, Belgium is on my bucket list of Beer related sites. What's the deal with the risers and the top triple tree? Are these from an ST Ducati? They look nice. Do they place your hands any higher than stock Monster bars? I have the same bike and although I haven't ridden any other monsters, the riding position on this bike is definitely much less aggressive than other rockets that I have ridden. The thing with these though, is that when you want to put on aftermarket clip-ons, you are left with a little nub on the top triple from a bolt that was used to attach to stock bars. Ryanman, this is a very tastefully done S4. Glad to see there are some other S4 owners out there as I haven't seen many. Beautiful bike and keep posting pics [thumbsup] Title: Re: Hello from Belgium :-) Post by: ryanman on February 02, 2010, 04:12:24 AM The bike is back under construction
