Sorry, had to post it. ;D
I thought the funny part though was JC grabbing a handful of clutch while the bike is still accelorating (around 1:20)
Interestingly enough, the local Ducati dealership down the street had THE bike from Yes Man on their used lot. Not just the same model, the exact bike that was used in the movie. They wanted $8,500 for it...
Pardon my ignorance, but I could only sadly think of the following movies with a Ducati in it:
(1) Matrix series (various models)
(2) Catwoman (Monster?)
(3) Blade (vaguely remember a 748)
(4) The Italian job (a geek arrived on a 748 and dropped it)
There must be more .....
Look about 10 threads down.

One of many threads on Monsters in movies
I still think the Jim Carrey scene is hilarious. Even if I've seen it 100 times.
He stunt flogs that bike like it always wanted to be ridden (even though it's not even him).
Mooning the cagers would be fun.

And $8500 is after they came down on the price. They were originally asking $9999 for it, and that bike was BEAT THE HELL UP!!
So JM, when are you coming out to ride with us?
I can't believe no one has called this a Derby.
