Sometimes I walk out turn the key fuel runs up and away I go for the day.... then park it at home and next day no fuel pump run check back an hour or so later or the next day and fuel pump runs up and away I go....
Never leaves me stranded on the road only at the house.... if she doesn't run up on first try she sits ,, if she does run up good for as long as I ride and stop or whatever unless I park it at home for the night.... Strange........any ideas????? I have swapped the relays, the 2 black under the seat I hope, and wiggled every wire makes no difference.... Now watch ,,,it would not work this morning and I will walk out there and I turn the key and the pump run ... MAYBE.. Title: Re: Fuel pump sometimes and sometimes not....??? 07 S2R Post by: Howie on February 13, 2010, 12:50:34 PM Problem with intermittent problems are...well...they are intermittent which means diagnosis will only reveal something when the problem exists. I don't have a wiring diagram with me, but back probing where the fuel pump relay plugs in should get you on the way. If you have the owner's manual there should be a diagram in the back.
