I take that to mean that you did not send the poster a PM (personal message, in case you don't know the acronym).

You'll notice that he has only made 55 posts in almost a year.  He may be one of those forum members that does not want to be considered a post whore and so only responds to PMs.  You'll find some members will only respond to questions via PM.  Send him a PM via the link on his profile.
