Title: Is it possible to install a 1098 rear sock on a S2R 800 Post by: DucMouse the Mighty on March 02, 2010, 02:34:20 PM I was just given a 1098 rear shock and was seeing what all would need to be done to install it on my S2R.
I have looked on the forum and havent seen much info at all.. I just posted in the tech and we will see.. I just figured I would try in here as well.. Any info would be nice.. The geometry of the bikes are completely different.

Somehow, with some [drink] I'm sure we can make it fit in there. (Functionality may be somewhat affected however..)
