Wrong kind of "ride"
ryde.
I wish there was a youtube video of that dyno run. I'd like to hear it.
ryde [clap] not what i meant but ok
yeah, needs a seat, and yeah, needs a youtube clip.
Beautiful bike! [clap]
If only I were taller and richer...
...actually, I'll be content with being richer.
I'm shaking, that's what I pictured the S4 looking like when done. Where's the info on this bike? Parting mine out, still need a dream to wish for. Maybe a used one a few years from now.
they have some more info on their website i think
here is a pic of that exhaust on a white SF. It has a weird blue hue to it, not as mean looking on white.

This pic makes me want to paint the subframe on my Hypermotard red.
and get carbon fiber side covers then paint the rest flat black...
this whole website makes me want to do lots of things......... ..... ...
I saw one up close before it was released at the local shop, made us leave our camera phones outside. The exhaust does have this awesome, odd sheen to it. Looks almost holographic.
one of these? this bike?
The Streetfighter S. One of the Titans was buying it I think I was told. Sick bike. I hate not making what I use too, and all the money wasted in between. I could have one of these. I'm die hard, I sold my car o buy my S4, I really could care less for a car. A bike does me just fine. I rode through rain, sleet, arctic blast. And I'll be damned I laid her down on a a clear day. A slick front tire, speed and a little road salt did me in. Live and learn. But yes, the bike was something to look at. I attended a Music City Desmo Owners Club, was in the shop at the July meeting if I remember right.
uuuh, Titans?
Tennessee Titan, NFL
Should've tried harder in football.
Haynesworth had some cool toys in the Nashvegas area when I was living there.

Good looking bike!

We replaced our m944 with the streetfighter when it first came out.
Here is the somewhat completed bike at the San Mateo Cycle World show last year with the CW side pipes. We now have the hihg pipes back on it:

not really feeling the intakes...
they don't flow with the lines of the bike... maybe it's the way they point up instead of perpendicular to the direction of travel.
Looked better with the other exhaust....
...reminds me too much of the grape-fruit launchers that you see on the back rice burner civics that race around town.
I'm not a fan of the tattoo paint very much either.
yeah now that the body is on it i agree, and the high mount exhaust was better.
Well, I thought the intakes would look dumb too - then I saw 'em in person on a bike a customer rode up to AMS last Saturday. It sold me on everything but the price of the intakes. Little too spendy, but it looked good in person - not "buellish"

I feel very inadequate in front of this and can't find myself to look straight into its headlight.
Now you see why we never posted any pictures on this forum of the Streetfighter. The bike makes over 150 HP to the rear wheel and weighs very little--but everyone is concerned about the looks and is a Design critic.... [laugh]
The intakes work great and follow the lines of the bike just fine. Other intakes out there do not seal as well, flow as much air or follow the lines as well.
We had the high pipes exhaust designed for our bike - we put the CW pipes on the bike while we were making changes to the mid-pipe. We stillmight change the pipes as I like the looks fo the QD high pipe.
I like the tatoo graphics myself. It certainly was not created for mass appeal. I think it follows the theme of the Streetfighter. Not a big fan of cleaning Matte finishes though. We have about 8 project bikes here. I'm certainly not going to paint each one red...
We painted a Dainese helmet with the same graphics but we used reflective black tape under the clear:
It created a nice ghost image when light hit it:

We might re-do the bike like this but we are running out of time and money...
very cool project moto!

aww man, pleae don't take our comments negative.
feedback is critical to the design phase for the next project.
we would never expect you to change anything on what you already did based upon our opinions
I want to go to there.

wow!! .... Anything I add wouldn't do justice to that bike.
I love the Tattoo design, it hits close to my heritage and you do it justice on that bike! Very warrior like!
hands down the best looking Ducati I've seen, no joke! [thumbsup]
That thing is just amazing...

but I am also going with red wheels.
oh yeah, with a black motor probably from a 996 SBK or 999.
